Leadership at TFC

President and Founder
Connie has built her career and the company by identifying the evolving needs of marketers. Her proven track record for vision, innovative solutions and software execution keeps client marketers coming, staying and growing with TFC solutions.
Under Connie’s leadership, TFC has grown from a start up to a multi-million dollar industry leader, providing unique technology platforms and integrated marketing services. TFC is privately held and consistently places in the Bay Area Top 500 Companies.
Connie holds a BS in Business Management from Regis University and a certificate in Marketing Performance Management from the CMO Council. Connie is a member of the DMA, NAPL, and an Executive Board Member of MFSA. Connie is a respected thought leader, frequently speaks at marketing industry events, and has published numerous articles and white papers.
Chief Financial Officer
Les brings 30 years experience in financial business management and comes to TFC from K/P Corporation, a marketing solutions provider, where he served as CFO from 1995 to 2006. Before K/P he was Senior Manager in an International CPA firm for ten years. Les oversees all financial management functions of TFC including funding for new service and product development. Les is also active in identifying target acquisitions that support the TFC vision for growth. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of California at Berkeley.

Vice President of Technology Solutions
Alex has been innovating and advancing marketing technology for nearly 30 years. As TFC’s chief software architect, his technology vision is at the soul of our technology products.
Alex has a deep history creating award winning systems in the marketing technology space. As the brand manager of a 250 million dollar product line at Hewlett Packard, Alex orchestrated one of the most innovative and effective technology product introductions of that time. He was Chief Technologist at Comac, a division of Iron Mountain, where he led them through two generations of industry leading technologies. Before joining TFC, Alex was a Data Architect at PayPal, where he led the architecture of real-time data warehousing and analytics for fraud detection.
Alex has a Masters in Physics from Nottingham University, England
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Dave began his relationship with TFC as a board member in 1998. In 2001, Dave joined the management team as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Dave is responsible for TFC’s sales organization, including alliances, direct and indirect sales channels. Dave brings more than 15 years experience in business development using consultative methods to bring the most value to TFC prospects and clients. Prior to joining TFC, Dave worked in senior positions delivering staffing and financial solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
Dave also brings extensive finance, banking, and high-level project management experience to TFC. He holds a BS in Statistics from the University of California Davis and attended the Competitive Strategies for Service Business program at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Vice President of Operations and Client Service Support
Dan Plunkett brings 18 years of marketing service and technology experience, effectively evaluating and advancing strategic operational direction to TFC client programs. His focus is to consistently enhance the customer experience with all TFC technology and service applications. Dan’s ability to provide the highest level of quality in addition to operational efficiency translates to high quality, cost effective client programs.
Prior to TFC, he was Senior Vice President Operations and earlier, a Division President, at K/P Corporation. Dan is certified in W. Edwards Deming Institute® TQM training.
