Purple Wine Selects TFC, Inc. As Its Premier Direct Marketing Services Provider

TFC marketing suite proves to be a driving force in streamlining direct marketing operations for food and beverage companies
Napa, CA, December 4, 2006 Marketing services provider TFC, Inc., today announced that the Purple Wine Company has selected TFC as the premier provider for Purple Wine's marketing services including printing, production, sales material management, and delivery. As part of the relationship, TFC will support the production and distribution of Purple Wine's point of sale (POS) marketing and wine sample materials. In addition, TFC will provide Purple Wine with a variety of direct marketing services including online POS inventory management and strategic account management services.

TFC offers a suite of marketing solutions including a web-enabled inventory and order management system, customizable color digital printing, and distribution solutions for POS campaigns. The announcement of the Purple Wine relationship follows TFC's recent partnership with major wine provider Icon Estates.

Marketing Industry Veteran Les Isozaki Joins TFC, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer

Napa, CA, November 14, 2006 Marketing services provider TFC, Inc., today announced that Les Isozaki has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Isozaki has over 30 years of experience in financial business management and comes to TFC from K/P Corporation, a marketing solutions provider, where he served as CFO from 1995 to 2006. As CFO of TFC, Mr. Isozaki will be responsible for TFC's financial reporting and directing TFC's overall financial policies, procedures in addition to overseeing the accounting function.

While at K/P, Mr. Isozaki helped the company grow from a $30 million firm to an $80 million direct marketing solutions provider. Before K/P he was Senior Manager in an International CPA firm for ten years. He is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of California at Berkeley.

As part of the agreement, TFC will manage the distribution for the point-of-sale (POS) and marketing materials for all the Icon Estates wineries. TFC, Inc. Continues Commitment to Customer Success Through Key Investment in Digital Print Infrastructure and Industry Veteran Leadership


Napa, CA, September 11, 2006 Marketing services provider TFC, Inc. today announced that the company has expanded its customer acquisition and rewards marketing services by investing in new color print-on-demand equipment, technology and mail shop equipment, and direct marketing industry leadership. The new investments triple TFC’s direct mail volume capacity to more than two million pieces per month and enable TFC to deliver turn-key marketing services.

TFC acquired the mail shop technology and equipment from Guarantee Mailing Services (GMS), a San Rafael-based direct mail company. The GMS technology and equipment brings new variable print and direct mail capabilities to TFC to help its customers achieve greater levels of response and increased customer loyalty. Combined with TFC’s proven back-end fulfillment services, the GMS data segmentation, analytics and list management capabilities provides superior services for one-to-one marketing campaigns. In addition, founding GMS CEO, Steve Hill, will be coming on board at TFC. Steve brings not only 20 years of industry expertise, but he brings relationships with twenty new clients, including Dominican University of California and Lombardi Sports of San Francisco.
