Data Strategy, Management and Analytics
For years, TFC has been delivering one to one communications through integration techniques and through our automated intelligent mail systems. To expand on this capability, TFC acquired Silicon Valley’s Database Marketing Solutions, Inc. DMS provides clients with front end data strategy, design and analysis to help clients fully utilize their data in the delivery of highly relevant communications. Data, for most clients, is a valuable asset and managed effectively in relevant communications, provides a true competitive advantage.
Marketing Technology:
Services
We have seen that marketers are truly challenged in gaining fast support from their internal technology groups. In fact, according to a recent study done by Forrester on "How Marketers Buy Technology", 57% of companies polled prefer to outsource their technology requirements in an effort to gain the speed to market competitive advantage.
To support this need, TFC hired Alex Peake, a proven award winning marketing technologist, to spear head a special Marketing Technology Services unit at TFC providing the integration services clients need to connect their technology tools for a more streamlined, closed loop, measurable process.

In addition to integration services, TFC has developed and provides technology tools that effectively streamline processes for clients, making the delivery of relevant communications easy, cost effective and measurable. Two tools you’ll want to check out are Dynamic Design and the Marketing Dashboard™ already in effective use by several of our clients.
Nationally Recognized Multi–Channel Delivery
In April, TFC was the very first company accredited by the Mailing and Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA) for providing the best of breed in fulfillment services. In today’s world, one to one messaging is fulfilled through multiple channels; including the sales force (direct or distributors), e-mail, websites, print and mail. TFC is committed to providing clients with the flexibility to deliver messages in channels that are preferred by their customers.
